the shape of it
What a hundred days tends to look like
Mostly logistics: which minutes of the day the sit actually fits into, and how short it has to be to survive a bad morning.
Mostly logistics: which minutes of the day the sit actually fits into, and how short it has to be to survive a bad morning.
The first stretch where you do not want to. You write the task, do a shorter version, and report it plainly.
A hundred days of records that show what really happened, instead of an impression of how it has been going.
why it lapses
Notifications are not accountability
- A reminder asks nothing of youA push notification has no memory. Ignore it thirty times and the thirty-first looks exactly like the first.
- The subscription becomes the practicePaying every month starts to feel like doing the thing, right up until the annual renewal arrives and the honest count is four sessions.
- Nobody knows either wayWhether you sat this morning or not is information that exists only inside your own head, where it is easy to round up.

Reasonable questions
Do you teach meditation?
No. You bring the method, the teacher or the recording you already trust. What is here is the daily structure and the people using it beside you.
What if I miss a day?
It goes in the report and the hundred days continue. We count days you showed up, not an unbroken streak.
How long does the sit have to be?
As long as you write down. Many people set five minutes on ordinary days and keep it there deliberately.
Is this therapy?
No. It is a daily practice group, and it is not a substitute for care from a professional.
Is there a live call?
The core is written: your three tasks, your report, and the logs of people in the same hundred days.
Three tasks each morning. One report each night. A hundred days of meditation.
The next hundred days start soon
Leave an email and we will write when the group opens. Nothing is charged on this page.
- Three tasks in the morning, one report at night
- A group that reads the report and notices the silence
- A hundred days, counted from a fixed start date
We write once, when the next hundred days start.
