After the strict month

The strict month works. The week after it is the problem

Thirty days of cutting everything is survivable by willpower alone. That is exactly why it ends the way it does: nothing was built, so the first free weekend gets the whole month back.

A sprint leaves nothing behind

why freezes rebound

Restriction is not a habitA month of saying no to everything teaches you that you can say no for a month. It does not tell you what an ordinary Tuesday should look like.
The rebound is part of the designPeople who cut hardest often spend more in the weeks that follow, because the month was a hold, not a change.
One slip ends the whole thingA challenge defined by perfection has no way to absorb a bad day, so the bad day ends it and the next attempt waits for a new month.

how it runs

Three tasks in the morning, one report at night

01

Write three decisions before the day makes them for you

Not a ban list. Three things you will actually do today, written while the day is still empty.

02

Close the day in two lines

What you decided, what you spent anyway. The day you overspend is recorded like any other.

03

Do it in front of people doing the same

Everyone in the room is on their own hundred days. Reading a stranger's ordinary week is the part no spreadsheet does.

Reasonable questions

Will I save a specific amount?

We do not know, and anyone who tells you a number is guessing. What is offered is a hundred days in which the decisions get made deliberately and written down.

Is this a budgeting tool?

No. Keep whatever spreadsheet or app you use. This is the daily structure around it.

What if I overspend?

It goes in the report and the hundred days continue. The count is of days you showed up, not of perfect days.

Do you give financial advice?

No. This is a daily discipline programme, not financial advice of any kind.

When does it start?

Groups start on a fixed date so everyone counts the same hundred days. Leave an email and we tell you the next one.

The next hundred days start soon

Leave an email and we will write when the group opens. Nothing is charged on this page.

We write once, when the next hundred days start.
