why it slips
Running is the only thing in your week without a meeting invite
- Anything unscheduled loses to anything scheduledYour calendar defends every hour except the one you meant to spend on yourself. That hour has no other attendees to disappoint.
- Travel resets the routine every timeRunners who travel a lot describe the same thing: the road is where healthy habits get quietly dropped, and the return never quite happens.
- By evening you have no decisions leftAfter a day of choices, choosing what to do with the last hour is itself work. It takes less energy to decide once in the morning than to re-decide every night.

What a hundred working days look like
Calibration. You learn how small a task has to be to survive a genuinely bad workday.

The first trip or crunch week. You report from an airport, keep the count, and the habit stops being tied to your routine.
A hundred reported days across busy weeks, quiet weeks, and at least one trip that used to end habits.

The roads a hundred days run on
Restart-on-miss is the common rule. It is a bad fit for a travel schedule.
how other formats handle a miss
75 Hard, the best-known fixed-task challenge, resets you to day 1 on any missed task. We took the opposite rule, because a delayed flight should not cost eight weeks.

Reasonable questions
Am I committing to run every day for a hundred days?
You are committing to one report a day. The day's task is yours to write, and a deliberate rest day is a legitimate task.
What happens when I travel?
You write a task that fits the trip and report from wherever you are. Travel days are the reason the format is written rather than scheduled.
What if I miss three days in a crunch week?
You log them. The count is of reported days, so a hard week is visible in your log instead of ending it.
Is there a time zone the group runs on?
Reports are asynchronous. You close your day whenever your day closes.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is set when the next group opens. Nothing is charged here.
